Our Cancellation Policy -

Please be aware all direct debit payments are taken on the 1st of every month.

At Shaolin Tigers HQ Wokingham, we want to make sure that you have a clear understanding of our membership cancellation policy. This policy outlines what you need to know if you wish to cancel your membership with us.

Our policy requires that you provide us with one month's notice in advance of your desired cancellation date. This allows us to manage our resources and continue to provide high-quality services to all of our members.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on memberships paid, even if you cancel your membership before the end of your current billing period. We encourage you to take advantage of your membership for the full duration of your paid period.

If you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so on the Glofox app or you can provide us with written notice at least one month in advance of your desired cancellation date.
