Classes are structure to cater to those starting out on their MMA journey. Classes are on Monday and Weds. at 7PM and look at the basics of MMA. From striking techniques, to grappling and ground work. Classes are structured so you not only get a good workout, improve cardio and fitness but you are also exposed to basic MMA techniques. Along with learning the principles and techniques to undertake the sport of MMA. Out MMA or mixed martial arts classes are also among some of the most beneficial things you can practice to defend yourself and gain confidence. ADD GROUND WORK TO YOUR GAME
If you are already a competent striker or its your first time ever in a martial arts gym…getting comfortable on the ground can massively improve your martial arts experience. Not only that it provides a certain level of confidence in self defence situations.
