Media Consent & Release

At Shaolin Tigers Martial Arts HQ Wokingham, we may take photographs, videos, or audio recordings of members during classes, events, or other activities for use in marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional materials.

Before participating, all members must provide consent via our Media Consent & Release form or membership signup checkbox.

1. Scope of Consent

By agreeing to this Media Consent & Release, you grant Shaolin Tigers STMA – Wokingham, its staff, and agents:

  • The right to capture images, video, and audio of you during training, events, or other activities.

  • Permission to use, edit, and publish these recordings for marketing, advertising, social media, and other promotional purposes, worldwide and in perpetuity.

  • Waiver of any rights to compensation or royalties for use of these images or recordings.

2. Rights Waived

You understand and agree that:

  • You waive any right to inspect or approve the images, videos, or recordings prior to publication.

  • The Gym owns all rights to the media captured.

  • You release Shaolin Tigers STMA – Wokingham from any claims related to the use of your images or recordings.

3. Minor Participation

  • If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must provide consent on your behalf.

  • The parent/guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Media Consent & Release terms.

4. Voluntary Agreement

  • Providing consent is voluntary.

  • If you do not consent, the Gym will make reasonable efforts to exclude you from media capture during classes and events.

  • By ticking the checkbox during membership signup or completing the Media Consent form, you acknowledge that your consent is legally binding.
